In the coming days, India will see the launch of two new TV shows, one of them a new show of the Indian film genre.
“Sinic,” which will premiere in India on Jan. 11, is a live-action comedy starring Aamir Khan, a leading star in the blockbuster “The Fate of the Furious,” who also stars as a member of the cast of “Star Wars.”
The new show is produced by “Star” and “Kanji,” the companies that produced the hit “The Great Khan” and also produced the acclaimed “Baba Khanda.”
The show’s star, Aamal, plays a young Indian, who is trying to find a way to be independent, but is also struggling with a difficult family situation.
The show is co-produced by the Warner Bros. and Warner Bros., and will be distributed by Bollywood Film Entertainment.
Its casting includes Aamol Bharti, Aaj Takir, Manoj Prakash, Ravi Shankar and Anuj Kumar.
The casting was announced by the film and TV production companies, and is the first of its kind in India.
The other new show, called “Sinica,” will air on Jan 25, the birthday of India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, who died in 1955.
The cast includes Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Ritu Rani, Priyanka Chopra, Priya Kumari, Sushma Swaraj and Rajesh Chopra.
The producers are Sony Pictures Television, Warner Bros, Viacom and Paramount.
The film is produced and distributed by Warner Bros in association with Viacoms and Paramount Pictures, and it stars Ravi Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Darshan Menon, Shah Rukhs Khan, and Salman Khan.
The production is co a joint venture between Sony Pictures Entertainment and the Viacos.
“Bollywood is a huge success,” Viacomp President and CEO David Bier said in a statement.
“The producers and directors of the Sinic show have a proven track record and we are thrilled to bring Sinic to India.”
The Sinic series is expected to be the highest-rated Indian TV series of 2017.
“This is the new India,” said Vinod Kapoor in a tweet.
“We are thrilled and ready to show it to the world.”
